This session will showcases how Saudi Arabia is progressing in integrating National Spatial Policies through the preparation of a new program of regional and local plans developed locally under the leadership of newly formed development authorities and through the coordination of DASC (Development Authorities Support Center). The speakers will highlight the challenges of a fast-paced program and the steep learning curve but also how the planning process is putting the spotlight on integrated spatial development, sustainability, environmental responsibility and more.
