IMPORTANT: If you have submitted an abstract or already have an account on the Congress website, please make sure to log in to your account before purchasing a ticket. If you buy a ticket without being logged in, we will not be able to assign it to the account associated with your abstract submission.

Ticketing Conditions

  • Student tickets: Available to full-time students enrolled in a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD course. You will need to upload proof of your current student status. Proof of student status will be requested to upload during the registration process.
  • Tickets for participants for Low and Lower Middle-Income Countries: Available to all participants from and residing in Low and Lower Middle Income Countries. Proof of residence will be requested to upload during the registration process, to finalise registration (public or utility document where your address is visible is sufficient). 
  • Online tickets: Available for participants who are unable to attend the in-person Congress in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia but are passionate about the theme and would like to attend virtually.
  • Accompanying persons: Access to social events, but no congress entry.
  • For Authors: ISOCARP requires that at least one of the authors of each research paper or case study registers and presents it in the Congress, in order for the contribution to be included in the Congress programme and proceedings. 

Registration Guidelines

  • This year we are handling ticketing through the Congress website. Once you have purchased your ticket, it will be available within your Congress account.
  • Registration: please click on the REGISTER NOW button. You will be redirected to login to your Dryfta account. Please select 'buy tickets' to purchase the correct ticket and make payment. Tickets will be available within your Congress account.
  • All fees are payable in Euros (EUR) through credit card and bank transfer, and are quoted per person. 
  • Invoices: Invoices will be sent by email once the registration has been complete. 

ISOCARP Institutional Members' Benefits

Is your organisation an active ISOCARP Institutional Member? Then it is entitled to a number of Congress Registrations for one or more participants, according to its Membership category (Platinum, Gold or Silver). 

Please contact the Secretariat and ask for your Institutional Waiver Codes (riyadhcongress@isocarp.org). Please provide the exact names of the designated participants who will be using your Institutional Membership registrations. After we provide the Waiver Codes, they can be used during the normal registration process through our website.
